Tips for the perfect pour
- Choose your glass – try a Tulip, shaped like a brandy snifter and designed to capture the head and promote the aroma of malty, hoppy beers, or a Wezen glass, which is narrow at the bottom and slightly wider up top, and does the same for wheat beers.
- Don’t rinse it – water reduces friction of the pour which means fewer bubbles
- Hold your glass at a 45 degree angle and slowly straighten it as the glass fills up
- Pour the beer slowly and gradually
- Fill to the brim
